County Clash- Essex Vs Bedfordshire
Event Style
This is a unique 1 day, 3 round team event that pits 2 County’s against each other for bragging rights for the 2025 season. The first 2 rounds will have both teams face off in 6 doubles matches at 1000 points per player (2000 points per team) and will adhere to our current doubles rules laid out in the FAQ. Round 3 will see everyone play a singles game of 2000 points each. Every win on the day is worth 1 point and a draw is worth half a point. The county that gets to 12.5 points first will win the clash of County’s cup for 2025 and have there name etched in ledgend for all eternity.
Each team is comprised of 12 players and a captain (The captain can be a player but the team will still be limited to 12 players)
Each team can only take 1 army from each codex/ index
Each player must have a 1000 point list with there chosen faction and a 2000 point list with the same chosen faction.
Team Captains
Each team must nominate a team captain who will have the following duties:
• To take overall responsibility for their team.
• Ensure the team’s rosters are submitted by Sunday 19th January 2025.
• That all rounds start promptly with all team members present and accounted for.
• That all results are submitted on time after each round.
• To liaise with the events team should any issues arise e.g. a team-member drops out or poor sportsmanship.
Submitting Your Team’s Rosters
Each team Captain will need to submit their army rosters by Sunday 19th January 2025. After this point, no changes may be made to the army rosters without the permission of an events staff member. To submit your army roster, please send one email to rob@d6games.co.uk with all rosters attached.
Army lists should be presented in an easy to read format (such as army lists exported from BattleForge in Warhammer 40,000: The App), including all relevant wargear and unit upgrades.

Setting the Stage
The Actions of Inquisitor Kryptman leading Hive fleet Leviathan into the path of a huge ork Whaaag in the Octarius sector, has forced the imperium of man to create a sector wide cordon to contain the carnage of a never ending war!
Years of conflict now threatens to breach The Cordon Impenitra in the Pankallis sector! Can the imperium contain the fighting? Will either Ork or Tyranid break out and start to destroy neighbouring sectors of Octarius? Could Chaos and the Dark Eldar use this as an opportunity to further their own Agendas? Will the Eldar Help or Hinder the imperium efforts?

About the Event!
This 3 round Narative event is designed to be a fun day for all players of all experience and ability. Each player will be part of a larger team on the day so weather you win, lose or draw your actions will influence the fate of the Octarius sector!
We will be implementing a limited style crusade system into the day and for those who are season pass holders any campaign progress will carry over to event 2.
For the crusade system we will allow leveling up and and progression to HQs that are not named hero’s i.e Captain or lieutenant’s. Also we are going to allow leveling up to 1 battle line unit. Both these units can also receive battle scars as well.
While Octarius doesn’t have any big named characters featuring in its books we understand that some factions could not function fairly as a force without them. So Named hero’s or Epic hero’s can only be played at the 2000 point level.
And to capture the intensity and scope of the different types of fighting that will happen in the Octarius sector each player will play 1 x boarding actions mission + 1 x incursion mission + 1 Strike force Mission.
As part of the day i will organise and provide all fresh home cooked hot food for the players and an all day tea and coffee station as part of the ticket entry. **This is a Bring Your Own Booze Event.**

About this event
This 3 round Entry Level Competitive event is designed to be a fun day for all players of all experience and ability. I encourage you to bring a lists you can play well and stand a good chance of winning games with.
As part of the day i will organise and provide all fresh home cooked hot food for the players and an all day tea and coffee station as part of the ticket entry. This is a Bring Your Own Booze Event.

No more than 2000 points per army.

Best Painted Competition
After round 1 and during Lunch Players will be encouraged to put there army’s up for a best painted award, this is voted by the other players. Simply place your Army on the table after round 1 and put your name on the card of paper provided. Votes will be counted during round 2 in preparation and a small trophy will be given to the winner after round 3.
A commended entry pin will be awarded by the TO for there favourite army of the day.

Setting the Stage
The Actions of Inquisitor Kryptman leading Hive fleet Leviathan into the path of a huge ork Whaaag in the Octarius sector, has forced the imperium of man to create a sector wide cordon to contain the carnage of a never ending war!

About the Event!
This 3 round Narative event is designed to be a fun day for all players of all experience and ability. Each player will be part of a larger team on the day so weather you win, lose or draw your actions will influence the fate of the Octarius sector!
We will be implementing a limited style crusade system into the day and for those who are season pass holders any campaign progress will carry over to event 2.
For the crusade system we will allow leveling up and and progression to HQs that are not named hero’s i.e Captain or lieutenant’s. Also we are going to allow leveling up to 1 battle line unit. Both these units can also receive battle scars as well.
While Octarius doesn’t have any big named characters featuring in its books we understand that some factions could not function fairly as a force without them. So Named hero’s or Epic hero’s can only be played at the 2000 point level.
And to capture the intensity and scope of the different types of fighting that will happen in the Octarius sector each player will play 1 x boarding actions mission + 1 x incursion mission + 1 Strike force Mission.

D6 Games Warhammer Retreat Weekend
About this event
This is a Friday to Monday Warhammer 40k getaway! Where you will spend 3 nights staying in a beautiful grade 2 listed farmhouse or one of its converted barns and tree houses! Don’t belive me? Check out there website Here
There will be a mixture of organised games for you to take part in. Starting as small a scale as kill team, to a world ending Apocalypse games! All combining results to create a narative story over the course of the weekend.
With all games having extra time to complete compared to a Warhammer tournament equivalents, you can relax and chat while you play and get to meet your fellow hobbyist at the table with no time pressures or stress.
And if you want to get more games in? The separated barn allows you to play at all hours of the evening without disturbing anyone else on the grounds.
Or if your happy with your games for the day you can enjoy a cozy evening watching a film in the Cinema room, chat round the out doors log fire and talk to the other guests, take part and play another type of card or board game in the barn Dining area or even just go spend time relaxing watching Tv in your own Quarters for a bit if that’s your favourite way to unwind choices are yours to make.
Your whole weekend will be catered for and you should expect to receive dinner the night of arrival, breakfast + Lunch + Dinner over the weekend and a take away breakfast on the Monday we leave. Along with snacks and drinks being covered all weekend long all included into the price of your room.

5:45pm- 6pm Awards

Event Style
This 3 round casual event is designed to be a fun day for all players and a Big Meet and Greet for the group. I encourage you to bring a list you can play well and stand a good chance of winning games with but as you will see a players Ruberic that is on the website which you will be Judged on many aspects that all contribute towards Best General Award. As a fun day the event will organise and provide all food and drink. If there is anything specific you need dietary wise please message Robert to make a request. I will open up 4 tables to start with and as more players register I will make more spaces. Any 3D printing or conversions must be submitted for approval you can do that via email

What Players will need
Dice, measuring tape and other items to help you play.
A copy of your list to hand either via the official GW app or paper.
A copy of all your rules- Faction + Core Rules either by app or Book/Paper
Access to Best Coast Pairings App and Tabletop Battle App
Army Rules
1 faction per player.
No more than 2000 points per army.
A printed list/Materials of your army for opponent to see.
Army’s must have a 3 colour minimum battle ready paint job to qualify for the 10 points each round of the event. but your painting will be judged by the TO and by your opponents each round on your forces paint scheme and points go towards our Best Painted + Best General Award.
No Narrative requirements but you will be judged by the T.O and your opponent each round on your forces narrative (matching the fluff), and points go towards Best Narrative Army + Best General Award.
