About this event
This 3 round Entry Level Competitive event is designed to be a fun day for all players of all experience and ability. I encourage you to bring a lists you can play well and stand a good chance of winning games with.
As part of the day i will organise and provide all fresh home cooked hot food for the players and an all day tea and coffee station as part of the ticket entry. This is a Bring Your Own Booze Event.
If there is anything specific you need dietary wise please message Robert to make a request. I will open up 8 tables to start with and as more players register I will make more spaces. Any 3D printing or conversions must be submitted for approval you can do that via email

Payment required on registration
3D printing and conversion submissions by the 1st May
List Submission + Rules Cut off by the 18th may
Check in on BCP on the 24th may
What Players will need
Dice, measuring tape and other items to help you play.
A copy of your list to hand either via the official GW app or paper.
A copy of all your rules- Faction + Core Rules either by app or Book/Paper
Access to Best Coast Pairings App and Tabletop Battle App
Army Rules
No more than 2000 points per Player
A printed list/Materials of your army for opponent to see.
Army’s must have a 3 colour minimum battle ready paint job to qualify for the 10 points each round of the event. but your painting will be judged by the TO on your forces paint scheme and points go towards our Best Painted.
Best Painted Competition
After round 1 and during Lunch Players will be encouraged to put there army’s up for a best painted award, this is voted by the other players. Simply place your Army on the table after round 1 and put your name on the card of paper provided. Votes will be counted during round 2 in preparation and a small trophy will be given to the winner after round 3.
A commended entry pin will be awarded by the TO for there favourite army of the day.
Event Itinerary
7am-8:30am- Event Organiser Final Checks and preparations.
8:30am-9am- Player Arrivals Grab a Tea or Coffee with a Biscuit. Proceed to unpack your armies ready for round 1 and find your first round pairing.
9am-12pm- Round 1
12pm-12:15pm- Refreshments + Round 2 pairings
12:15pm-3pm- Round 2
3pm-3:30pm- Lunch & Round 3 Pairings
3:30pm-6:15pm- Round 3
6:15pm- 6:30pm Awards
